Seems the log shows a problem related to OFX and Red Giant Universe plugins. I've done some more work on this, trying to get Resolve Studio beta 7 up and running. It's not really that great is it? I know it's a beta, but buying a load of kit for hundreds of pounds, you would have thought the beta related issues I'd run into would be when I did something more complicated than try to start the software eh? I don't really know what to do with the whole thing now. But I think it's made for Resolve 17, not 16 right? So I cannot test on 16. It appears in my devices, so I'm assuming it's all good. I just plugged it in a USB Type A port with USB-C to USB-A connectors on it. I haven't even tried to test the keyboard. This is the first time I've ever run the paid version of Resolve, so I thought it might be something to do with the dongle, but clearly it isn't. Uninstalled Resolve Studio 17.0b7 and installed Resolve Studio 16.2.8.
Resolve 17.0b7 won't take me past "loading cut page" on the splash screen. I uninstalled Resolve 16.2.7 today when my new Resolve Studio 17 dongle and Speed Editor keyboard arrived.
